POLL: MileSplit LA Girls Performer Of The Week!

PARKVIEW'S GEORGIA THERIOT CROSSES THE LINE TO WIN THE 800m AT THE PETE BOUDREAUX INVITATIONAL

Here is this week's MileSplit LA Girls' Performer Of The Week poll. Congratulations to all of the finalists. The winner of this poll will move on to compete for MileSplit LA Outdoor Athlete Of The Year. This poll will close at 9pm on Saturday.

LEAH BRYANT (CAPTAIN SHREVE)-- Bryant was the MVP in the girls division of the Airline Viking Relays. She won the 110m hurdles with a personal record 15.14. She was second in the high jump (5-0) and 300m hurdles (46.12) . She also ran a leg on Captain Shreve's 4x400m team. 

TRISTEN HARRIS (WEST FELICIANA)-- After three weeks of the outdoor season, Harris leads Louisiana rankings in both the 100m (11.67) and long jump (19-5.75). At the Nike Indoor Nationals she finished as the runner-up for the second year in a row with a season best jump of 20-5.75 on her final attempt. 

KENNEDI BURKS (BARBE)--Burks ran a 53.50 at the 64th annual Oil City Relays. That's only .06 off her personal record of 53.44 which she ran at last year's LHSAA State Outdoor Championships. 

MICHELLE DAIGLE (ST. JOSEPH'S BATON ROUGE)--Daigle owns the state's fastest 1600m through the first three weeks of the season. She ran a 5:08 at Zachary Invitational last week. 

LUCY THOMAS (BATON ROUGE)--Thomas turned in the state's fastest 3200m time last week at the Zachary Invitational with a time of 11:17.77. That time comes in at No. 11 on the All-Time list for Louisiana juniors. 

KATIE TRUETT (EAST ASCENSION)--Truett owns Louisiana's No. 1 time in the 100m hurdles with her personal record 14.71 at last week's Zachary Invitational. 

DYNASTY WILFRED (MADISON PREP)--Wilfred has the No. 1 ranking in the girls 300m hurdles with her winning time of 43.02 at last week's Zachary Invitational. 

GEORGIA THERIOT (PARKVIEW BAPTIST)--Theriot won the 800m at the Pete Boudreaux Invitational with a time of 2:18. She did this after running a leg on Parkview Baptist's 4x800m to open the meet. Theriot's time in currently No. 5 in the state rankings. 

KYLA DAUX (BENTON)--Daux was trailing until the last meter of the 300m hurdles at the Airline Viking Invitational. A lean at the line gave her the win over Shreve's Leah Bryant. More importantly, Daux's 46.11 gave the senior the Benton school record.
