The 200m record in the 15-16 boys 200m is held by Erriyon Knighton, who ran a time of 20.33 in 2020. Knighton is Paris this week competing in the Olympic Games.

Yesterday, the pair turned in the top two times in the prelims of the 100m. Ceazar had the fastest time with a 10.87 into a 2.0 headwind. Green is No. 2 headed into the semifinals after running a 10.95 on Tuesday.

Like the school year when both compete for Rummel, the teammates, who will be juniors this year at Rummel,  have trained and competed together this summer with SACS (Save A Child through Sports) track and field club based out of New Orleans.
