SJA'S GRACE RENNHOFF RUNS TO A VICTORY AT THE OPENER IN WEEK NO. 1!
After the first two weeks of the La. HS cross country season, one of the best story lines is the return of St. Joseph's Academy Grace Rennhoff.  Rennhoff was not 100% last season as she battled through injuries. Her fastest time during the first two weeks of the season last year was 20:02.
This year, Rennhoff has posted a three mile time of 17:50--an improvement of 2:12. She is ranked No. 20 among Louisiana's most improved girls over three miles.
No. 1 on the list is Rennhoff's teammate Sara Pasquier, who has improved an astounding 3:50.
Other runners who have improved three minutes or more include Caddo Magnet's KyrstenThompson (3:24), Central's Myah Chenier (3:19), Zachary's Alaysia Wolf (3:14), Benton's Kyla Daux (3:04), Vandebilt Catholic's Emma Champagne (3:01), and St. Michael's Monica Levron (3:00)
