SCOTLANDVILLE'S URSULA HARRIS (FOURTH FROM RIGHT) CELEBRATES WITH THE LADY HORNETS!

Here is the ballot for MileSplit LA Girls' Coach of the Year. Each of these coaches won an LHSAA State Outdoor championship this year. Zachary's Chris Carrier and his Lady Broncos had a one point lead over Ursula Harris' Scotlandville team going into the LHSAA Class 5A Girls' final event. The score was 69-68. In the 4x400m, Scotlandville finished fifth--getting two points--and Zachary finished sixth getting one point. Both teams scored 70 points and thus shared the LHSAA Class 5A title.
