Unless you are an athlete, parent, or coach at Episcopal in Baton Rouge, Noah Vincent is name you've probably never heard. Even if you do know the junior distance runner, you haven't see him on the podium, but if he continues to improve the way he has over the past year--that is soon to change.
Vincent is Louisiana's Most Improved runner in the 1600m after a 40 second improvement from his sophomore year to this year. His 2022 outdoor season was short-lived. It was one race at the West Feliciana Invitational. Vincent finished 10th with a 5:27.03.
The reason Vincent only competed in one meet is the fact that he didn't make Epsicopal's varsity team
. But that was then and this year is now as Vincent has caught the eye of his Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame coach, Episcopal's Claney Duplechin.
