Here are the finalists for MileSplit LA's Boys' Performer of the Week.The top two vote getter will move to be in the next week's MileSplit LA Boys' Athlete of the Month poll. The poll will close on Saturday at 9pm.

RHEN LANGLEY (ZACHARY)- Set the filed house composite record with an amazing 4:13.91. It's the No. 4 time in the nation, and highest ranking of any Louisiana athlete.

MARQUEZ STEVENSON (SHREVE)- In his first race of the 2023 season, Stevenson broke the LSU High School Qualifier meet record in the finals of the 60m with a 6.85. The time is No. 2 is the second fastest time run in Louisiana this year.

THOMAS ROGERS (RUSTON)- Cruised to a 9:41.13 to a win in his first 3200m race of 2023. The time is currently ranked No. 2 in Louisiana behind Rhen Langley's 9:27.46.

IMANI COLEMAN (WEST FELICIANA)- Out of over 135 runners in the 400m on Saturday, Coleman was the only one to break 50 seconds in the event. He won with a 49.77. The time ranks No. 2 in Louisiana behind John Curtis' King Taylor's 49.10

PORTER GIBSON (DENHAM SPRINGS)- Beat the No. 1 ranked shot putter in the state and took the state lead in the event with a huge improvement. Gibson had a best of 52-1.5.

KYRON SUMLER (JOHN CURTIS) - Sumler went into Saturday's Qualifier with the best high jump in the state (6-2). He improved his season best to 6-4 and came away with the win. 

MASON ABSHIRE (ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC)-For the third consecutive meet, Abshire had a season best jump of 15-6.5. Abshire is currently ranked No. 30 in the nation.
