SIMPSON'S EAN ALLAIN TALKS ABOUT HIS DIVISION V REGION I CHAMPIONSHIP
There are only a few sure things heading into the Monday's 2022 LHSAA State Cross Country Championships at Northwestern State University. Highland Baptist's Tyler Blissett winning the Division V Boys' State Championship would qualify.
Blissett has a personal record of 15:29, almost a full minute ahead of his closest competition--Christ Episcopal's Mason Lyons (16:24).
Others in the mix to finish in the top five include Westminster Christian's Owen Melancon (16:28) and the Division V Region 1 winner--Simpson's Ean Allain (17:22).
