These standards determine what is considered "elite" in the state of Louisiana. For results submitted in Hytek or RaceTab format we now include all performances in the rankings, so for those these do not determine inclusion. However, for meet results that are not submitted in Hytek or RaceTab format we will only add the performances that meet these standards.
