With the last minute cancelling of the LSU High School Qualifier, a few teams made there way to have a joined practice with each other, running a mile, half mile, and two-mile at Jefferson Playgound in New Orleans. In what ended up being perfect weather conditions (50 degrees and sunny), the runners have an opportunity to test themselves in the week leading up the last two meets of the regular indoor season. Here we have posted some pictures of the event, and thanks for St. Pauls, Archbishop Shaw, Hahnville, and John Curtis for making the last minute plans to meet. Should the next LSU meet be cancelled, it can expected another practice event will take place. Future events that will take place at Jefferson Playground also include the middle school and junior high metro series hosted by John Curtis.
