Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
Biggest Competition Mia Meydrich, but shes a very talented runner and I am honored to have been able to be one of her teammates.
What was your greatest accomplishment?
Greatest accomplishment, reaching my goal and running 18:35 for a 3 mile race and placing in the top 5 at state.
If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
If I could change something about my running career in High School, it would have been to start in 8th grade instead of 9th
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
Most difficult obstacles were the injuries.
What will you miss the most?
I will definitely miss the team bonding we had.
What advice you would give to younger athletes?
The advice I would give to younger athletes, something my coach told me when i started, when you are running and are feeling good,you are not giving it all you got, racing doesn't feel good, but you will feel good after you run fast and accompish your goal,or run your best.
What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
My coach never put me down, she always gave great advice and helped me to reach my goals.
What are your college plans?
My college plan is attending the University of Kentucky and majoring in Biosystems Engineering.
Who would you like to say thank you to?
I would give thanks to my parents, my teammates, my coach, but espcially my sister, who introduced me to the sport Cross Country
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I would just like to say that I love running and I hope some day I'll be able to participate in a marathon or triathlon!
