Registration: (1.) Register on-line www.coacho.com or (2.) register on site on the day of the meet. Entry must be completed 30 minutes prior to starting your race.

Entry Fees: $10.00 per individual.

USATF Card: All participants, unattached or team members, must purchase or bring with them an official USATF card (Membership Number). USATF cards may be purchased for $20.00 at the site of the race. One may also obtain a USATF card by registering with a USATF sanctioned club or by going online at
www.usatf.org
To register with USATF at the site of the race, one must bring a copy of their birth certificate and $20.00 cash or money order.

Qualifying Procedures:
This meet will serve as the qualifying meet to the 2011 National Championships in Myrtles Beach, South Carolina, on Sat. Dec. 10, 2011. To qualify as an individual, one must finish in the top 10 in their age group. The first place team in each age group will also qualify.

Age Divisions and Distances:
Sub-Bantam: 8 & Under (born 2003 & above) 2000 meters (1.2 miles)
Bantam: 9-10 (born 2001-2002) 3000 meters (1.8 miles)
Midget: 11-12 (born 1999-2000) 3000 meters (1.8 miles)
Youth: 13-14 (born 1997-1998) 4000 meters (2.5 miles) Intermediate: 15-16 (born 1995-1996) 5000 meters (3.1 miles)
Young Men/Women: 17-18 (born 1993-1994) 5000 meters (3.1 miles)

Time Schedule: Note: Some age divisions and boys and girls races could be combined.
8:00 AM: Registration begins
9:30 AM: Sub-Bantam boys and girls 2000 meters
9:45 AM: Bantam boys and girls 3000 meters
10:00 AM: Midget boys and girls 3000 meters
10:30 AM: Youth boys and girls 4000 meters
11:00 AM: Intermediate boys and girls, and Young Men/Women 5000 meters
11:30 AM: Awards presentation (medals to top 10 finishers in each division )
