Meet Information
Dear Cross Country Coach:
I would like to invite you and your team to participate in the 2009 US Express XC Invitational Meet. The meet will be held Saturday, November 14th, at Highland Road Park.
This is also a preview of the 2009 USATF Southern Association Junior Olympic Cross Country meet to be held in Alexandria, LA on November 21st.
There will be up to 9 races. Teams and individuals may compete. All teams may enter as many runners as they want in each race. The top 10 individual finishers in each race will be awarded medals. Entries fee is $2.00 per athlete.
