CHS/STA JH – JV Classic 2011

Dear Coaches,The St. Thomas Aquinas-Covington HS JH-JV Classic Track and Field Invitational will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Covington High School. The field events will begin at 3:00 p.m. and the running events will begin at 5:00 p.m. We will run the JH girls and boys and the JV girls 3200 meters starting at 4:00 pm. You may register online at coacho.com for this meet, registration opens on Monday, March 7, 2011. Please get on-line and set-up you coacho account and enter your roster. There will be no exceptions in getting your entries in on time. Do not wait until the last minute to register your team! All entries are final, there will be no changes or additions to your entries. The deadline for you to make changes or register for the meet will be on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. Athletes are allowed to participate in any four events.Remember Coaches, we are asking that each boys team and each girls team pay a $20.00 entry fee ($40.00 per school if you have boys and girls teams) to help defray the cost of the awards and online registration. Please make checks payable to the St. Thomas Aquinas Athletic Department.Awards will be given to the top (2) teams in each division. This meets entries are limited to (2) athletes per field event and (2) athletes per running events in the JV and JH divisions, which gives you at least four total entrants per event. You may also enter (1) relay team in each division, which gives you a total of two relay teams if you have JH and JV teams.Admission will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Concessions will be available at Covington High School.The following teams will participating in this years meet: STA, Runnels, Hannan HS, Northlake Christian, Mount Hermon, Trafton Academy, Fontainebleau JH, Denham Springs JH, Pitcher JH, St. Josephs, Maurepas, Slidell JH, Brother Martin, Christ Episcopal, St. Tammany JH, Holy Ghost, Monteleone JH, Harvest Christian, Mount Carmel Academy, Westside, Albany HS, Chapelle, St. Paul, Albany MS, Juban Park, Belle Chasse MS, McGehee, Folsom, Boyet and Mandeville JH.
