*** THIS IS THE COURSE FOR THE JUNIOR OLYMPICS XC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN DECEMBER! PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO TEST IT OUT!

EVENT TIME SCHEDULE: Girls 3k at 10am, Boys 3k at 10:30am                                                                      

*The middle school meet will be hosted by Edgar Martin Middle immediately following the high school meet

EVENT HOST: Edgar Martin Middle School

EVENT INFORMATION: This meet memorializes three local and LEGENDARY XC coaches: Douglas Stewart, Tom Nolan, and Charles Lancon. All three played an integral role in developing XC programs in the Acadiana area, and we hope to continue carrying on the tradition in their names!

REGISTRATION/ENTRY PROCEDURE: Milesplit - Deadline for registration is October 10, 2026 

ENTRY CONFIRMATION: We will confirm your entry via email by October 15, 2026, in the afternoon.

SCHOOL ENTRY FEE: Registration fees will be collected at the Meet in the form of a check or cash. PAYABLE TO EDGAR MARTIN MIDDLE SCHOOL XC

$80 per school ,  school $20 per single entry

RACE PACKETS: Your race packet will be available for you to pick-up beginning at 6:45am at packet pickup located near the black gates behind Red's Health club. We will have a table set up for check-in, entry fee drop off, and packet pickup.

TENTS: SEE COACHES INFO SHEET: NO TENTS ALLOWED

AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the TOP 5 finishers in each varsity division 

TIMING: Lafayette Timing. Official timing will cease approximately 30-minutes after the start of each race in order to expedite the start of the next race. Coaches are responsible for timing their runners in any race when either the official timer or display clock has been reset.

CONCESSIONS: There will be a Farmers Market at the front of the park to enjoy between races.

MUSIC: The late Coach Doug Stewarts son-in-law, DJ Moon will be providing the music, and as always we love and appreciate his generosity.
