SIMSBORO CROSS COUNTRY MEET
Saturday, October 10, 2026 | Simsboro High School Track
Simsboro School would like to invite your cross-country team to participate in the Simsboro Cross Country Meet on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Simsboro High School. We are looking forward to a great morning of competition and hope your team will join us!
MEET INFORMATION
Registration: Begins at 8:00 AM
First Race: 8:30 AM
Schedule: All remaining races will follow on a rolling schedule.
A registration table will be located inside the fenced area surrounding the track. Coaches should check in at the registration table upon arrival to pick up their team packet and make payment. If you would like to send payment before meet date please send to Attn: Karla Doss/XC Coach Address: #1 Tiger Drive Simsboro, LA 71275. Make checks payable to Simsboro School.
To help keep the finish-line area clear and safe for runners and race officials, only coaches will be allowed on the course.
RACE SCHEDULE
K-2 Girls - 1 Mile - 8:30 AM
K-2 Boys - 1 Mile
3rd-4th Grade Girls - 1 Mile
3rd-4th Grade Boys - 1 Mile
5th-6th Grade Girls - 1 Mile
5th-6th Grade Boys - 1 Mile
Races following the K-2 Girls race will begin on a rolling schedule.
AWARDS
Team Trophies: Awarded to the top two teams in each division
Individual Medals: Awarded to the top 10 finishers in each race
Electronic timing will be used for the meet. Race results and placements will be used to determine the overall division winners.
ENTRY FEES
Team Entry: $120 per school
Individual Entry: $10 per runner
SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Admission: $5 per spectator (4 and under FREE) - No cash will be taken at the gate, digital tickets can be purchased at the gate.
A concession stand will be available throughout the meet.
REGISTRATION
Please register your team through MileSplit prior to the meet. Deadline to register is October 7th @ 11:00 PM.
