OCS Middle School Relays 2026

There will be three divisions (Girls, 7^th Boys, 8^thBoys). There will be an entry fee of $100 per team. An athlete is allowed to enter a maximum of four events. A 7^th grade boy may participate in either of the boys' divisions but not both. 

YOU WILL INPUT ALL ENTRIES on Lamilesplit.com. 

Buses will have a spot reserved in the back parking lot.

 Order of FIELD Events (3:30)

JAV (Behind the tennis courts) - Girls,8^th Boys, 7th Boys

Long Jump (behind by scoreboard)-  7^th boys, 8^th boys, Girls 

Shot- 8^th boys, 7^th boys, Girls

Triple Jump (in front of scoreboard) -  8^th boys, Girls, 7^th boys

Discus-  7^th boys, Girls, 8^th boys

Pole Vault-  All Together

High Jump - Girls, 7^th Boys, 8^th Boys

ORDER OF RUNNING EVENTS 

4:00 1600 Run (If a runner does a field event they can begin it at any point before they run)

4:30  100 Hurdles (BOYS height will be at 33")

4:50  800m Relay

5:10  100 Dash

5:25  800 Run

5:45  400m Relay

6:00  400 Run

6:20  300 Low Hurdles

6:40  200 Dash

7:00 1600m Relay

*All times are approximate times. If we are ahead of schedule, we will proceed.

***TELL YOUR PARENTS that in order To Avoid a traffic from after-school pick up, they need to come BEFORE 2:30 or AFTER 3:15. Spectator parking will be available in the back parking lot. Admission is $5.00 per person.
