Meet Information
Thank you all for registering to
attend the 2026 Iowa My Favorite Insurance Guy Classic
In the past this meet has been a
"practice meet" with no official timing.This year it will be FAT timed and run like a normal meet.The only difference is we will allow 3
entries per individual running event.There will still just be 1 relay entry per team and 2 field.Since we are allowing extra entries there
will be no team scoring and no team or individual awards.There will be no entry fee for teams this
year.We will depend on the gate and
concessions to cover the cost of the timer.
Entries will be on MileSplit.Entries will close at 6pm on March 4th.
The scratch meeting will be held at 3pm Thursday, March 5th, in the Iowa High
School Cafeteria. There will be a hospitality room.Food will be ready in the Cafeteria at about 2:30.
All entries will be final after the entry has closed. This will be just a quick
meeting regarding the operation of the meet.
Field events will begin promptly at 3:30
PM. All running events will begin at 4:30 PM During the running events please
inform your athletes that they must remain in their respective team areas when
not competing. Infield will be closed.
