Meet Information
Good afternoon coaches ~
We would like to invite your boy(s) and girl(s) track team to the annual Don Raymond Relays. This year's meet will be held on Thursday, March 12th, 2026.The meet will be held at Hahnville High School.
After team is dropped off at the track "Buses" will need to park at the front of the school in the rock parking lot close to HWY 90. We will have a Baseball and Softball game that day, so parking in the back is going to be limited, plan to park in the front of school and walk to the back toward the stadium.
Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place teams in each division, as well as the most valuable track and field athletes in both divisions. Awards will be presented to the first, second, and third place finishers in all relay and individual events.
Fully Automatic Timing provided by Crescent City Timing.
$50 entry fee per team ($100 for boys and girls)
Please notify me by e-mail as soon as possible of your decision to ensure participation in this year's meet. I will schedule on a first come and first serve basis. I will notify you via email when I receive your confirmation. You will receive more information as the meet nears.
