Catholic High
School is excited to host the 2026 Outdoor Track & Field District 4-5A Championships.
We hope you enjoy the exceptional competition we have lined up and your experience
on our campus. Please review the important information in this letter and if you
have any concerns, feel free to contact me or any of the coaches on our staff.
FACILITY
Catholic High has
an eight lane Beynon track surface and javelin runway.
Athletes will
not be allowed to wear anything longer than " pyramid spikes!
This is a water
only facility. No sports drinks or food are allowed in the
competition area.
Only athletic
tape will be permitted on the track and field surface. NO tennis balls
or chalk are permitted and failure to comply with these rules will result in
disqualification from the meet.
TEAM ENTRY
The Milesplit
platform must be used as the official registration platform. All entries are due by April 21st
at 12:00pm. Please review the attached

ENTRY LIMITS
Teams will be
allowed to enter a maximum of two (2) athlete entries per individual event and
a maximum of 1 team entry per relay event.
TIMING
The meet will be
FAT and timed by AdkinsTrak Timing Associates.Please find links to the live results here:

SCORING
Team Scores will
be kept, and the team Champion and Runner-up will be recognized at the end of
the meet
AWARDS
Awards will be
given for the top 3 places in each event/relay (boys/girls). Each competitor
who participated in the relay will receive an award. Additional awards will be
given for the high point performers for each gender
PACKET PICKUP
Packet
can be picked up prior to the competition from 1:30pm until the beginning of
the competition 3:30pm in the Ryan D. "Jume" Jumonville, '91 Health and
Athletic Performance Center on the west side of the track adjacent to the long
jump, triple jump and pole vault runways.
**There will also be a coach's
hospitality in the Ryan D. "Jume" Jumonville, '91 Health and Athletic
Performance Center.**

$100 per team/$50
per gender *Boys and Girls count as separate teams* please make all checks
payable to: Catholic High Track & Field *No personal checks will be
accepted * Cash will be accepted * No credit cards will be accepted. $50/gender
ATHLETE
CHECK-IN
All Field
Event Athleteswill be required
to check in 30 mins. prior to their event at the event site.Top 7 marks will advance to the finals. Warm-ups
will be flight specific and athletes will be given 10 mins to place marks. Only
athletic tape will be permitted (NO Tennis Balls or Chalk are permitted on the
track, apron or runways).
All Running
Event Athleteswill check in at
the clerk's tent located in the middle of the Football field.LISTEN FOR CALLS! All races are finals and
will be heats against time.
IMPLEMENT
WEIGHT-IN
will be
evaluated at the event area and should be weighed in from 1:30pm- 2:30pm
STARTING
HEIGHTS
Starting Heights
will be determined at the start of the event and will be determined depending
on field performances and marks submitted

ENTRANCE
The only access
to the track complex will be from the Westmoreland parking lot at the entrance
between the canal and baseball left field fence. NO ENTRY FROM
CLAYCUT DRIVE

In the event of

a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the competition day. We will decide to run or postpone the
meet until the next day
