2025 CES-TA Invitational 2025

Dear Cross Country Coach,

Trafton Academy and Christ Episcopal School would like to invite you to

their 7th Annual CES-TA Cross Country Invitational Meet on Thursday, September

25, 2025.This year's meet will be held at Christ

Episcopal School at 80 Christwood Blvd. Covington, Louisiana. (School is

located just off of I-12 at the Covington/Madisonville Exit, of a mile south

from the Interstate)

There is a $75.00 charge per school (boys and girls), to help defray the

cost of the awards. We look forward to having you with us, once again we feel

this year's meet will be very competitive. Entry fee can be brought the day of

the meet. Checks can be made out to Trafton Academy Athletics. All meet info and entries will be done on la.milesplit.com.

All entries have to be submitted online by Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at

9:00 am.

In all races the top (15) will receive awards. Individual

awards will be given to the athletes at the end of the chute for the

Sub-Elementary, Elementary and Middle School races. Team Awards to the Team

Champion of the SE, Elem, MS and JH Divisions only.

There

will be no limit on the amount of runners entered in each race, the top (5)

will be scored. This year we will be using the Hy-tek computerized scoring

system.  All school entries must be done on

athletic.net. No race day registration will be allowed!!!!! Entries will not be

accepted by fax, phone or stamped mail!!!!!

IMPORTANT-IMPORTANT-IMPORTANT-IMPORTANT-IMPORTANT

We will be set-up in the front area at CES for this meet, we have been

asked by our administration that you please use the restrooms located at the

Track and Field Complex only. We have serious traffic problems on our campus

the days when we host Cross Country meets, please plan your arrival after 3:30 pm! Please

keep your Parents and Athletes out of the school, the school is off limits when

we have Cross Country meets. Also,

please use the entrance off of Hwy. 21 to enter near the Track and Field

Complex! Parking will

be the CES Track!

 There will also be a spectator cost of 5.00

per car that enters the CES campus!
