REGESTERED ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN THE HIGH SCHOOL MEET (VARSITY AND
JUNIOR VARSITY DIVISIONS).MIDDLE
SCHOOLS AND JUNIOR HIGH PROGRAMS ARE EXPECTED TO ADHEAR TO THEIR LEAGUE RULES
AND REGULATIONS.ACCORDING TO NEW CITY PARK
REGULATIONS, EACH DIVISION (VARSITY THROUGH MIDDLE SCHOOL) WILL HAVE AN ENTRY
CAP OF 125 ATHLETES.ONCE THE ENTRY
LIMIT IS MET FOR A DIVISION, THE ENTRY PROCESS FOR THAT DIVISION WILL CLOSE.
The entry fee for the meet is $100.00 for single
gender schools and $200.00
for both genders.HIGH SCHOOLS
SHOULD MAKE THEIR CHECKS PAYABLE TO DOMINICAN HIGH SCHOOL.MIDDLE SCHOOLS SHOULD MAKE THEIR CHECKS
PAYABLE TO HOLY CROSS SCHOOL.Every
athlete who will be participating in the meet must be registered through
https://la.milesplit.com by the meet deadline: 10/1/25, at 7:00 pm.
Athletes who are not registered by the deadline will not be allowed to
compete in the meet.Timing will be
provided by Chipped Timing (www.chippedtiming.com)
PLEASE NOTE:
City Park will not allow any team areas on the west side of Diagonal
Drive.All team areas must be on the
course side of Diagonal Drive.Additional space for team areas is now allowed in the green space behind
the parking lot.The port-o-lets can be
found at the green space behind the parking lot.Additionally, parking will not be allowed on
the west side of Diagonal Drive, Harrison Ave. or the round about at Diagonal
and Harrison.Cars can park in the Quadraplex
lot behind the course.Buses should drop
off on Harrison Ave. and park at Pan Am Stadium.Additional parking can be found in the Arbor
Room Lot on Diagonal Drive.
Please understand that the
athlete entry restrictions and the parking restrictions are outside of the
control of the meet hosts.We understand
how these entry restrictions impact all of your teams as well as our own.The number of participants in past meets has
caused serious life and safety concerns to both City Park as well as the host
schools.We are grateful for the
cooperation between City Park and the host schools to continue cross country meets
in this space.
