We would like to invite you to participate in the 10th Quitman Invitational XC meet

WHEN: Saturday October 11th for K-12

WHERE: Jackson Parish Recreation Dept. (ball fields, NOT at golf course)

FEES: There will be a $10.00 charge per vehicle. The entry fee is $80.00 per school or

$5.00 per individual runner.

Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11.

**Varsity races should start at approximately 8:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. Varsity awards

9:15 a.m. 7-8 girls 1 mile run

9:30 a.m. 7-8 boys 1 mile run

9:45 a.m. JV awards

10:00 a.m. K-2nd girls 1 mile run

10:15 a.m. K-2nd boys 1 mile run

10:30 a.m. 3-4 girls 1 mile run

10:45 a.m. 3-4 boys 1 mile run

11:00 a.m. 5-6 girls 1 mile run

11:15 a.m. 5-6 boys 1 mile run

**Please note that once the meet starts we will operate on a rolling schedule**

Also-we do not use an electronic timing system. Cards will be handed out at the finish line of the race. Coaches should gather cards from their athletes, write names on the back, and write names and places on the envelope. Please add up team score before turning in to the score table. (You only count the score if you have 5 or more runners.) Thanks!
