Run Wild presents the Louisiana Border Dash
hosted by Parkway High School (high school division) and Haughton High School (middle school division)

Description: This year Parkway High School and Haughton High School will be hosting the 12th Annual Border Dash Cross Country Invitational, inviting any and all teams from Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi to compete. High School teams and runners must be a member of their state athletic association.
Course: 3-mile grass course, mostly flat, extremely fast, no repeat loops
The course will begin and end next to the team areas and restrooms.
The middle school courses will be a 1 mile and a 1.5 mile loop that is visible for spectators throughout the race.
Chip Timing and Live Results: This years high school and middle school meets will be chip timed with live results posted.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 10 finishers in each race.
Concessions will also be available for purchase
High school and middle school coaches please register your teams and rosters at the meet link on la.milesplit.com by Wednesday, September 10 at noon. If you have any trouble, you can email your roster to kent.falting@bossierschools.org or taylor.freeman@bossierschools.org. Emailed rosters must include school name, athletes name, and gender.
Please contact Coach Falting (high school) or Coach Freeman (middle school) to confirm your interest or for more information. We would like to have a rough head count of teams participating by September 1.

10:30am Middle School/Jr. High Girls 1.5 mile

11:10am Middle School Awards (6th Grade will be awarded medals)
Cost: $75 per school (unlimited entries). If a school runs athletes in both gender divisions, it is still $75. For schools with less than 5 total combined runners, the cost is $15 per athlete. There will be a $5 spectator fee per car. Please make checks payable to Parkway Cross Country.
The course will be open for inspection Friday afternoon and evening for high school teams staying overnight. Please email Coach Falting for assistance with hotels and dining.
