Letter to Coaches

Dear Coaches,

The St. Thomas Aquinas – St. Scholastica Academy All-Girls Invitational will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at the St. Scholastica Academy Track and Field Facility, located off of Hwy 190 next to Covington High School. The field events will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the running events will begin at 6:00 p.m. Please e-mail me your entries at miguelbecerra@bellsouth.net	by Wednesday, March 3, 20010 at 12:00 noon. All entries are final, there will be no changes or additions to your entries. Athletes are allowed to participate in any four events.
Remember Coaches, we are asking that each girls’ team pay a $15.00 entry fee ($30.00 per school if you have a Varsity and JV team) to help defray the cost of the awards. Please make checks payable to the St. Thomas Aquinas Athletic Department.
Awards will be given to the top (2) teams in each division. This meets entries are limited to (2) athletes per field event and (2) athletes per running events in the JV and Varsity divisions, which gives you at least four total entrants per event. You may also enter (1) relay team in each division, which gives you a total of two relay teams.
Printed meet results will be available at the end of the meet.
Admission will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Concessions will be available at SSA .
The following teams will participating in this year’s meet: STA, SSA, Mandeville High,
Sacred Heart-N.O., McGehee, First Baptist and Hosanna Christian


Each School Will Be Assigned To
Assist With A Field Event.
