Date:  Thursday, March 28, 2024 

Rainout Date:  Friday,  March 29, 2024

Entry Fee:  $160 per school ($80.00 for boys /$80.00 for girls).  Have payment available at the coaches' meeting or mail payment postmarked by Monday, March 20.

Meet rules and General Info: 

  • Team areas are located on the east side of the stadium.  (NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED) 
  • The spectator area is located on the west side of the stadium (Press Box). 
  • NO HANGING OUT UNDER BLEACHERS. 
  • Staging area for all running events:  Northwest side of the stadium 
  • Athletes and coaches are NOT allowed on the infield or track once running events begin. 
  • 3 attempts in throws and horizontal jumps.  NO FINALS 

Athlete Rules: 

  • All LHSAA rules will apply.  

Field Events: 

  • Start Time 4:00 pm (Rolling schedule) 
  • After the event start, athletes will be scratched from the event if they have not checked in. 
  • Girls & Boys will jump from 1st LJ board (8 foot). 
  • Athletes report to the site on 1st call. 
  • Girl's PV, Boy's follow     Boy's HJ, Girl's follow     Boy's DS, Girl's follow      Girl's SP, Boy's follow 
  • Girl's & Boys LJ, TJ follow     Girl's JV, Boy's follow 

Running Events: 

  • 4x800 meter relay will begin at 4:00 pm. 
  • Start Time  4:30 pm (Rolling schedule) 
  • Athletes report on 1st call to the staging area 
  • Teams should bring their own starting blocks 
  • Boys & Girls 3200 may run together. 

Exchange Zones:

  • 4x200 meter relay (GREEN, GREEN, GOLD) 
  • 4X100 meter relay (GOLD) 
  • 4x400 meter relay (BLUE) 
Awards:  1st-3rd place individuals awards, 1st, and 2nd place team awards.  Coaches pick up awards at end of track meet.
