Holy Savior Menard would like to invite you to participate in our thirty-fifth annual cross country invitational, which will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd , 2024.The races will be run at the Ward 9 Recreation Area in Pineville. Each year we have over 30 schools participating. It's a great and challenging course with some hills and woods. Come check it out!

There will be three races. There will be trophies awarded for the top two teams in the Varsity race. Medallions to the top 10 individual finishers will be awarded in the boys' and girls' varsity and Top 5 in the junior varsity races. The races will be automatically timed using RFID Bib Tags. Due to the rising cost of these tags we ask that coaches PLEASE RETURN any unused tags for athletes that do not end up attending the meet. 

The JV boys and girls race will be run together and timed by each schools coaches. 

The races will be held at the Ward 9 Recreation Facility in Pineville. The entry fee is $120.00 per school. Team placing will be calculated immediately following each race and trophies will be awarded at that time. All post-race procedure will follow LHSAA Guidelines.
Entry fee will be $10 for an individual runners under 7 for a single team.

Only advanced registrations will be accepted. No race day registration is allowed. Coaches must register their rosters (Varsity Girls/ Varsity Boys and JV Girls/JV Boys) through la.milesplit.com by Monday, 11:00 PM, October 21, 2024.Final results will be available at LAMilesplit.

All registration is done by la.milesplit.com: Race registrations will NOT be accepted by fax, phone calls, stamped mail, or on race day.
