EAST JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL TRACK AND FIELD
MIKE CONLIN MEMORIAL TRACK AND FIELD MEET WEDNESDAY, March 27, 2024
Coaches,
Please accept this invitation for your boys and girls to participate in the 15th Annual Mike Conlin Memorial Track and Field Meet on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Joe Yenni Stadium on the campus of East Jefferson High School.
The deadline for registering your team on la.milesplit.com is Monday, March 25 at 8:00 pm. The cost is $75.00 per team per gender. Make checks payable to East Jefferson High School.
Crescent City Timing will be in charge of the auto timing again this year. I would like to have a scratch at 3:00 pm and start field at 3:30 pm.
There will be awards for the boys and girls champions. This is a double entry meet.
Again, this years event will feature some to the top athletes in our region and the competition will be outstanding. As in the past there will be a coachs hospitality room with food, snacks and drinks.

GENERAL INFO: Team Areas will be on the VISITORS side of the stadium Fans will be on
VISITORS side Admission will be $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for students and children. ONLY
UNIFORMED team members will be admitted with a coach. Please make sure you fill out the TEAM ATTESTATION Form provided in meet info sheet.
ONLY ATHLETES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE INFIELD FOR THEIR EVENT TIME
AND CHECKED IN WITH THE CLERK. ATHLETES AND TEAMS MAY BE
DISQUALIFIED IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY AND SET UP CAMP OR NON-
COMPETITORS LOITER ON THE FIELD. YOUR COOPERATION IN THIS WILL HELP
THE MEET RUN ON TIME AND HELP THE JUDGING OF THE EVENTS.
EACH SCHOOL WILL BE ASKED TO HELP WITH A FIELD EVENT OR LANE AND
EXCHANGE JUDGE.
THERE ARE NO ADDS FOR THIS MEET, ONLY SCRATCH AND REPLACE.
IN THE FIELD EVENTS, ATHLETES WILL BE GIVEN 4 JUMPS OR THROWS WITH NO
FINALS
Team fee checks can be turned in at the scratch meeting
NF and LHSAA uniform rules will be enforced.
FIELD EVENTS:
All participating schools are asked to run one field event or assist in one field event to ensure
timely completion of the field events. Coaches will assist with relay exchanges.
