The Region 2-B Track meet will be held April 23, 2024 at Leesville High School. The coaches meeting will be at 2:45; Field events will be run at 3:30; and Running events will begin at 5:00 or at the conclusion of field events.  Entry fee for the track meet will be $200 per school.  All entry fees need to be made out to Anacoco High School.

Javelin, Shot Put, and Discus will consist of 3 preliminary throws with the top 7 finishers moving into the finals.  The finals will consist of 3 final throws, the farthest of the 6 throws counting to place.  All throws will be measured.

Long Jump and Triple Jump:

Long Jump and Triple Jump will consist of 3 preliminary jumps with the top 7 finishers moving into the finals.  The finals will consist of 3 final jumps, the farthest of the 6 jumps counting to place.

Pole Vault:

Boys starting height:6 feet moving up in increments of 6 inches

Girls starting height:5 feet moving up in increments of 6 inches

High Jump:

Boys starting height:5 feet moving up in increments of 2 inches until 6 feet and then in increments of 1 inch after

Girls starting height:4 feet moving up in increments of 2 inches until 5 feet and then in increments of 1 inch after
