Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
Our District Meet will be held on Wednesday, April 17 at Quitman. The coaches meeting will be at 12:30 under the awning by the scoring shed. Field events will begin at 1:00. Running will begin at 3:00 or shortly after the completion of field events. Each head coach should have received an email listing who will be working each event. Some events still need additional coverage. Thank you in advance for this!
The cost of the meet will be $150. This should just about cover the cost of timing and the awards. Please make checks payable to QHS. QHS Track and Field will provide a hospitality table for coaches and workers.
Entry fee will be $8.00 and concessions will be available.
Coaches will need to turn in their list of relay teams and alternates who advance to regionals at the end of the meet.
