Meet Information
The 2023 LHSAA District 7-5A Championships will be held at Terrebonne High School on October 26, 2023.
The course will be 3.0 miles and located behind the Terrebonne and Houma JR High campuses and will be all grass and flat. The race will start and end near the rear HJH Parking lot. Tents can be set up on the HJH practice field. The race will not end on the THS track. Buses can use the Houma Junior High bus circle.
Race Schedule
4:00 pm - Girls Varsity 3-mile race (12 Runners Max)
4:40 pm - Boys Varsity 3-mile race (12 Runners Max)
5:30 pm - Awards Ceremony
Timing System
Chipped Timing (New Orleans)
Awards
All District Awards for 1st Team 1st-7th Place, 2nd Team 8th-14th Place, and Honorable Mention 15th-20th Place.
A maximum of 7 runners from each team will qualify for All-District awards.
Medals are awarded to the first three finishers in each Division.
1st & 2nd Place trophies are awarded to the top Varsity Boys and Girls Teams.
