LHSAA D3 - Region 1 2023

Dear Coaches

We're looking forward to hosting your teams for our regional competition.  Please read through the meet info and relay the info on to your teams and parents.

Parking:  See Map Attached.  School buses park in the stone parking lot on the North side of the park. Cars & School Vans, West parking lot and along the road.  We ask you not to park directly in front of the main building.  That will be reserved for park patrons.

Course Map is attached.

Packet Pick Up - Picnic Table under the West Pavilion Concrete.  Pull Tags  - Each race will be utilizing Pull Tags at the finishline.  Official Meet Timer: Aunjelle Lafleur - Race Pace Multi Sport Timing. Entries and Results can be accessed after the meet at MileSplit. 

Entry fees for the event will be $15 per athlete up to a maximum of $75 per team ($150 per school if you have both girls' and boys' teams), made payable to St. Louis Catholic High School. You may register a maximum of 12 athletes per race, but your top 7 must be declared the day of the event. Only the top 7 runners will be scored.  These fees will help us cover expenses such as facility rental, timer, awards, security, and cleanup.

Admission - $5.00 per person.  U-10 FREE.  Official Current State HS Association Coaches Cards will be accepted.  No cash will be accepted at the gate.  Please share this info with parents and spectators.  Tickets may be purchased in advance through GoFan at this link:  https://gofan.co/event/1188730?schoolId=LA18407or at the gate with a credit/debit card or applepay.

Team Areas: West Pavilion Concrete and Playground Area behind the starting line.

We ask you to make sure your team areas are clean.  Use trash cans for your waste.

Rest Rooms will be available in the Main building and Middle of the Park.

Awards: Top 2 Teams and Top 15 individuals.  Presentation will be under the West Pavilion upon conclusion of the Boys Race.

Concessions - cold drinks and light snacks will be available, cash accepted.
