Meet Information
The 3A Midwest regional will be held at Ivey Redmon Sports complex in Kernersville.
- Spectators: $10 per car for Parking
Reporting deadline: Friday 21 October 9:00 pm
- Entries are completed through MileSplit
As this is a championship meet, only seven(7) athletes can be entered on each boys and girls teams.
The event will be run in the afternoon after two other regional meets.
- Coaches' Meeting: 2:15 pm (Mandatory)
- Guys will race: 3:00 pm
- Girls will race: 3:45 pm
- Awards: 4:30 pm

NCHSAA State Meet Qualification:
Top twenty-five percent (25%) of teams, or top four teams, whichever is greater, in each classification from each regional will advance to the state meet.
Top seven (7) individuals, not on a qualifying team, will also advance to the state meet.
Note: Number of qualifying TEAMS from each regional will be determined by the number of teams that toe the line (5 or more runners makes a team).
- 27 teams competing in regional meet x .25 = 6.75 = 7 teams advancing to state meet
- 25 teams competing in regional meet x .25 = 6.25 = 6 teams advancing to state meet
