- Tuesday April 11th 6:00 pm Deadline to enter the 2023 Tom Nolan Relays
- Wednesday April 12th 9:00 am heat sheets will be online at bayousouthtiming.com
Select Find Event on home page and go to 2023 and then Tom Nolan Relays. - Live Results will also be published throughout the meet at bayousouthtiming.com using the same link for heat sheets
- Entry Limitations Individual Events: 2 athletes per school. An athlete may not be entered in more than 4 events. Relay Events: 1 relay team per relay event
- Entry Procedure All entries will be done through LaMileSplit. To enter log into LaMileSplit and go to Calendar. Locate the Tom Nolan Relays Relays, click on Register Now, and follow the guided instructions. You should set your account up in advance of the deadline to avoid any problems. No faxed, emailed or phoned entries will be accepted.
