(It is an illegal jump if participant jumps off of 2 feet)

Shot Put (Girls then Boys): Centenary

(6/ 8 lbs. required - will be weighed)

         ONLY ONE COACH PER SCHOOL WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE FINISH LINE AREA!

         Each participant needs to report to the staging area before the last call of their event.This will help the track meet operate in a smooth and organized manner.

         Each school should bring along equipment and helpers for their events.

         All participating schools will help with setting up the hurdles.
