Entry Information
Meet Classification
The High School Strawberry Relays on Wednesday April 5, 2023 will be a High School-only meet(LHSAA Sanctioned meet per St. Thomas Aquinas High School). Unattached athletes will not be permitted by permission of meet management. (Athletes must represent his/her school).
How to Enter
1. Entries will be processed through www.la.milesplit.com please access our meet at the website. Entry fees will be paid upon arrival at the meet at the packet pick-up site. You should set up your account in advance to avoid any problems. Entries will open on Monday, March 27, 2023.
2. Entry deadline is 9:00 a.m. Wednesday April 5th 2023. Entries are final, there will not be any additions to the meet after the deadline.
3. No faxed or phone entries will be accepted.
Entry Fees
$75 per School, which includes Boys and Girls.

Make checks payable to: LAA(Lions Athletic Assn.) - Track
Individual athletes can compete @ $10.00 per athlete if your school does not have a complete team.
Meet Site
Southeastern Louisiana University Track & Field Complex located on the main campus.
BUS PARKING
Bus parking will be at the University Center Parking lot located across the street from the track, all of the lots adjacent to the track will be used for spectator parking only.
Directions to Southeastern Louisiana University Track & Field Complex
The track is located at the corner of University Ave. and North Oak St.
1/4TH PYRAMID SPIKES ONLY.
3/8 SPIKES FOR HIGH JUMP.
Teams Competing (By Invitation Only):

Packet pick-up
Packets can be picked up prior to competition starting at 2:00 pm at the entrance of the Southeastern Louisiana University Track & Field Complex.
Meet Admission
The meet will be open to the general public. Cost at the gate will be $8.00 per person.
Dressing Facilities
There will be no locker rooms, please make sure your athletes change prior to their arrival at the SLU Track.
Athlete Check-In
Field event athletes will be required to check-in 30 minutes prior to their event at the event site. All Running events will check-in at the starting line. Listen for calls. The running events will be on a rolling schedule so be alert. Pole Vault warm-ups will start at 2:15 pm.

Starting heights for the PV/HJ:
Pole Vault Girls 7-0 Boys 9-0
High Jump 4-4 5-4
Minimum Marks For Field Events
Only the following marks will be measured in the field events:
Long Jump Girls 14-0 Boys 18-0
Triple Jump 28-0 35-0
Shot Put 26-0 38-0
Discus 75-0 100-0
Javelin 75-0 100-0
