Meet Information
- This meet is by invitation only and closed to uninvited schools.
- Tuesday April 4th, 10:00 p.m. Deadline to enter the 2023 Exit 4 Relays
- Wednesday, April 5th, 12:00 p.m. heat sheet will be emailed to all head coaches.
- Entry Limitations Individual Events: School can enter 2 per running events, 2 per field events, and 1 Relay Teams. An athlete may not be entered in more than 4 events.
- Entry Procedure All entries will be done through MileSplit LA. To enter log into MileSplit LA and go to Calendar. Locate the Exit 4 Relays, click on Register Now, and follow the guided instructions. You should set your account up in advance of the deadline to avoid any problems. No faxed, emailed or phoned entries will be accepted.
- Late Entries Late entries will not be accepted. No scratch meeting. Packet pickup @ 1:30 p.m.
- Horizontal jumps & throws will get 3 attempts. Top 7 advance to finals.
- Field events will start @ 3:00 p.m and running events (4x800) will start @ 4:00 p.m.
