3:30pm------------------------------------------------Field Events Each athlete will be allowed 4 preliminary throws and /or jumps-no finals

On first call athletes will be allowed to warm-up on the infield before their event.  We are asking all coaches when athletes are finished to make sure they go back to their team areas.  Only coaches and managers will be allowed on the infield.

Attention coaches and athletes:  We have a turf field and we would like to keep it that way.  Food and drinks and absolutely no gum, sunflower seeds or nuts of any kind will not be allowed on the field (except water.)
