• This meet is by invitation only and closed to uninvited schools.
• Friday March 3rd, 8:00am Deadline to enter the 2023 Charles Lancon Invite
• Friday, March 3rd, 9:00am heat sheet will be emailed to all head coaches.
• Entry Limitations Individual Events: School can enter 3 per running events, 2 per field events, and 2 Relay Teams. An athlete may not be entered in more than 4 events.
• Entry Procedure All entries will be done through MileSplit LA. To enter log into  MIleSplit LA and go to Calendar. Locate the Charles Lancon Invite, click on Register Now, and follow the guided instructions. You should set your account up in advance of the deadline to avoid any problems. No faxed, emailed or phoned entries will be accepted.
• Late Entries Late entries will not be accepted
• Horizontal jumps and throws will get 4 attempts. No Final
• Field Events start at 3:30 and Running Events (4 x 800) start at 4:00
