Meet Information
Entry Fee-$60.00 per boys team and $60.00 per girls team. May pay at packet pick-up. Make a check payable to West Ouachita High School.
Two entries are allowed for each event. One relay team for each school.
Buses need to park at the top parking lot by the Fire station. (picture is attached)
Packet Pick-up-- 1:30-2:30 pm at the timing tent.
Running Events: Heat and lane assignment at athlete check-in area. Athletes are to report to the check-in area one event before their event. 1st heat will be fast heat.
Field Events: 3 Attempts; NO Finals.
Remind your athletes to stay off the practice field during field events and off of the football field during running events unless they are warming up. We do not want extra athletes or fans hanging around on the field for safety.
4x800 & 4x400 will be mixed gender relays with a mandated order of girl, girl, boy, boy. The points from these relays will count towards both teams scores. The Mixed 4x800 & 4x400 appears on both girls and boys entries because of team points. You can leave the individual legs blank or add your individual athletes. It doesn't matter.
Please set up team areas towards the starting line of the home side stadium. We would love for the fans to be able to watch the finish of the race.
Spikes: 6mm maximum length. Javelin will be contested on a grass runway.
Boys pit will be the East Pit and the girls pit will be the West Pit.
Awards: Medals to top 3 in individual and relay events. Team trophy to winning and runner up boys and girls team.
