Holy Savior Menard would like to invite you to participate in our thirty-fifth annual cross-country invitational, which will be held on Saturday, September 24th, 2022.This year the Menard Invite will be held at Maryhill Renewal Center. It's a great and challenging course with some hills and woods. Come check it out!
There will be four races. There will be trophies awarded for the top two teams in the Varsity race. Medallions to the top 15 individual finishers will be awarded in the boys' and girls' varsity and junior varsity races. The races will be automatically timed using RFID Bib Tags. Due to the rising cost of these tags we ask that coaches PLEASE RETURN any unused tags for athletes that do not end up attending the meet.
THERE WILL BE A $5 PER CAR PARKING FEE FOR SPECTATORS. PLEASE LET YOUR FANS KNOW ABOUT THIS.
Also please note that Bus Parking is somewhat limited on site. If you plan on bringing a bus please let me know by Wednesday, Sept 21, so we can get a count on how busses we have coming and adjust our parking arrangement accordingly.
We will have limited concessions available for sale as well.
Only advanced registrations will be accepted. No race day registration is allowed. Coaches must register their rosters (Varsity Girls/ Varsity Boys and JV Girls/JV Boys) through la.milesplit.com by Wednesday, 11:00 PM, September 21, 2022. Final results will be available at Milesplit.
All registration is done by la.milesplit.com: Race registrations will NOT be accepted by fax, phone calls, stamped mail, or on race day.

Schedule of Races:
8:00 AM--Varsity Girls - 10 entries per school (3 Miles) *
8:45 AM--Varsity Boys - 10 entries per school (3 miles) *
9:30 AM - JV Race (Boys and Girls together) (3 miles)
Depending on the number of entries in the JV races the girls and boys division may be run simultaneously. (this change has already been made and adjusted on the schedule above)
This course has sections of road that spikes would not be appropriate for. Much of the course is shaded The races will be held at the Maryhill Renewal Center at 600 Maryhill Road, Pineville, LA 71360.
The entry fee is $100.00 per school. ($15 per runner for teams bringing less than 7 combined runners) Team placing will be calculated immediately following each race and trophies will be awarded at that time. All post-race procedure will follow LHSAA Guidelines.
