Baton Rouge, La. - The Loyola University New Orleans men’s and women’s cross country traveled to Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday, September 20th to compete in the LSU Invitational. Running in separate 5K races, the men’s team took sixth place with an average time of 17:46.98 while the women’s team finished in fifth with an average time of 22:21.87.
The Redstickers won their first Class 5A rivalry bout against Mandeville. For now, SJA is on top not only in BR, but in the state.
