John Curtis Senior Pole Vaulter Dalton Duvio has committed to Stanford University. After official visits to Stanford, Harvard, Princeton and Duke, Dalton Chose Stanford. Dalton will Vault for the Cardinal next year, he will be coached by Olympic Silver medalist Toby Stevenson. Dalton had a great summer after coming off of a back injury that had him some what sidelined from April to June, he only vaulted one time at each meet for District, Regional then winning the 2a LHSAA state championship without warming up with his one vault. This summer He vaulted 16'4" to help Team New Orleans win the NAPVA Championship Clovis Street Vault in front of a crowed of 12,000 in Clovis, California.
