HURDLERS COMPETE AT THE LAST MONTH'S "HOSS" GARRETT RELAYS

Here is this week's ballot for MileSplit LA Girls' Performer Of The Week. Congratulations to all of the finalists. The poll will close on Saturday at 9pm. The winner will advance to compete for the 2025 MileSplit LA Girls' Outdoor Athlete Of The Year at the end of the season.
KAYLEN RABALAIS (BUNKIE) -- The Oregon State University signee had a throw of 153-2 at the Many Raising Canes Invitational. The throw puts her at No. 3 in the nation. It's 10 feet better than anyone else in Louisiana.
MARLEY RICHARD (DESTREHAN)--Richard, an LSU signee, ran her first 200m of the outdoor season. Her 24.42 at the River Parish Relays is now No. 1 in Louisiana.
CIARA GRAY (JONESBORO HODGE)--Struck gold at Ruston's "Hoss" Garrett Relays winning the 100m hurdles (15.57), 300m hurdles (46.30), long jump (17-7.5), and triple jump (37-).
LUCY CRAMER (PARKVIEW BAPTIST)--Turned in impressive times at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin. She finished third the 2000m steeple chase with a time of 7:03. Also, Cramer finished 10th in the 3200m with a time of 11:13.13.
MALAJIA HUBBARD (EAST IBERVILLE)-- Pulled off the sprint triple at the Ike Reddit Relays. Hubbard won the 100m (12.78), 200m (26.19), and 400m (58.82).
JULIA JENKINS (COVINGTON)--Jumped 18-2 to win the long jump at the Ponchatoula Invitational. The jump is currently No. 2 in Louisiana.
JALEYIA WOODS (WOODLAWN)-- Woods ran a season best of 55.45 to win 400m the Zachary Invitational. It's No. 8 all-time for sophomore girls in Louisiana. It's also No. 8 in the nation for sophomore girls.
MADISON BAILEY (HAHNVILLE)-- Won both the 200m (24.75) and the 400m (56.61) at Rummel's Ronnie Doyle Classic.
