BYRD'S JENNA KEY FINISHES DOWN THE STRETCH AT CATHOLIC!

Here are the finalists for this week's MileSplit LA Girls' XC Performer of the Week! The poll will close on Monday at 9pm. Congratulations to all of the finalists for making the ballot. Thank you for voting.

STELLA JUNIUS (MT. CARMEL)- The sophomore won the Carver Rams Invitational with a time of 20:05. 

JENNA KEY (C.E. BYRD)- Even though it was her first time racing at Louisiana's most famous cross country course, Jenna Key was able to post one of the top times in Highland Road Park history. Her winning time of  17:26 at the Catholic Invitational was also a personal record and she broke her own school record. 

SARA PASQUIER (ST. JOSEPH'S)- Led an SJA JV team to a perfect score in their division of the Catholic Invitational. The freshman ran a time of 19:15. 

ALEXIS PITTS (ST. THOMAS AQUINAS)- Won the SLU Lion Up Invite with a time of 20:00. 

CHLOE CROWELL (SLIDELL)- Led Slidell to a victory at the SLU Lion Up Invite. Her time of 20:13 was only 13 seconds behind the individual winner--Pitts.
