Here are the finalists for MileSplit LA Boys' Performer of the Week. The poll closes on Saturday at 9pm. The winner will move on to the ballot for Athlete of the Month. Congratulations to all for making the ballot, and thank you for voting. 

JOSH BROWN (HOLY CROSS) - Louisiana's most improved sprinter in the 100m, "Turbo" had two podium finishes at last week's Andrew B. Davis Relays. He finished second in the 100m with a 10.79. Brown also finished third in the 200m (21.73).

NOAH VINCENT (EPISCOPAL) - Vincent is Louisiana's most improved 1600m runner. Vincent has a season best of 4:46. He has improved at least nine seconds in each of the four 3200m races he has competed in this season. Vincent's season best in the 3200m is 10:20 from the Episcopal Jostens Relays. 

LOUIS RUDGE (CATHOLIC) - Won both the 110m hurdles (14.52) and 300m hurdles (37.84) at the Grizzly Relays. He is ranked No. 5 in Louisiana in the 110m hurdles and No. 3 in the 300m hurdles. Rudge is the defending LHSAA Class 5A state champion. 

PATRICK DOWD (JESUIT) - Dowd ran in his first outdoor 1600m of his career at last week's Grizzly Relays. He ran a 4:16.03--seven seconds faster than the next best time in Louisiana this year. The time was also a meet record, and the first win of Dowd's career.

JOSIAH WHITAKER (SCOTLANDVILLE)- Whitaker won his third 800m of the season at Thursday's Andrew B. Davis Relays with a season best of 1:58.05. The following day, Whitaker was honored at Senior Day at Scotlandville's Hornets District Tune Up Invitational. Whitaker finished second in the 400m with a 50.54. 

NASIR CEAZAR (RUMMEL) - Ceazar is the fastest freshman in Louisiana. He finished second in the 100m (10.78) at the District 9-5A JV Championship to teammate Micah Green (10.74) and won the 200m (22.41). No freshman in the state has run faster than Ceazar's 10.69, which he ran at the Chubby Marks Invitational for his second 100m win of the season. 

TYREEK ROBINSON (EVANGEL) - Sprinted his way to a Caddo Parish championship in the 100m (11.24) at the Wesley-Payne Relays. Robinson also finished second in the 200m (22.02). 

JOHN PATRICK BARTLE (EVANGEL) - Bartle, who is one of Louisiana's most improved 1600m runners this year, won both the 1600m (4:54.12) and 3200m (10:30.86)at the Caddo Parish Championship meet--the Wesley-Payne Relays
