This past weekend concluded the regional qualifiers for the LHSAA XC State Meet for 5A and it ended up being one of the most competitive weekends in Louisiana history. We saw some of the fastest marks of all-time for Louisiana, as well as the most competitive season in cross country since 2015.
Not only was this weekend competitive, but the weekend before changed the state rankings drastically as well with a majority of the fastest times that we have seen this year.
The top 8 teams from each region will qualify to the state meet, as well as any individual runners that finished in the top 25 at each respective region.
