Check out the top 50 boys outdoor rankings in the state of Louisiana as of March 16th. Haughton senior Josh Lister clocked the fastest all-conditions time in the country in the 100 meter dash with his 10.28 personal best clocking at the Airline Viking Relays. Lister had a previous PR of 10.46 from last spring.
