FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Louisiana Tech swept the podium awards in the women’s 100m hurdles this weekend at the Arkansas Twilight as the Lady Techsters finished 1-2-3 in Fayetteville.
Kim Francis led the charge with a winning time of 13.49 after posting the top prelims time of 13.51. Bianca Jackson finished second in the hurdles finals race with a time of 13.85 while Marlesia Carey finished third, running 13.96.
Taneka Henderson also competed in the meet, finishing fourth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:03.76.
Louisiana Tech now turns its attention to the 2014 Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 15-18 hosted by Rice in Houston.
