1

St. Joseph's Academy

D1 Region 21This was an easy and dominant win for SJA. The team almost perfect scored with a total of 19 points and seven runners within the top nine.
2

Ruston

D1 Region 12The Lady Bearcats dominated this race, concluding the day with a total of 23 points and the top individual position. Ruston was able to place five of its runners within the top eleven.
3

Episcopal

D3 Region 23The Knights almost recorded a perfect score going, 1-2-3-5-6! It goes without saying that the team crowned itself as champions.
4

St. Thomas Aquinas

D4 Region 36STA ran close to what they were predicted to for this race. It was no surprise that they walked away from this with the team title. as well as multiple top ten individual finishes.
5

Mt. Carmel

D1 Region 34Mt. Carmel took an easy win after placing five of its runners within the top nine. The team's entire squad was not present and this was still smooth sailing.
6

ARCA

D4 Region 311Great day for the ARCA team this past week with its runner-up finish to STA. This is one of the best finishes from this squad this season. There were plenty of personal bests to assure that this team is ready for the state meet.
7

E.D. White

D3 Region 35The Cardinals recorded an easy regional title win and placed six runners within the top ten. It would be difficult to say that this team was challenged at all.
8

Vandebilt Catholic

D2 Region 27Vandebilt Catholic took the win on this slow course and placed six runners within the top ten. The winning positions for both team and individual were easily claimed by this program.
9

Dominican

D1 Region 38Dominican put up a solid effort to overthrow Mt. Carmel, but to no avail. The team finished second overall and secured three runners in the top ten.
10

St. Martin's Episcopal

D4 Region 325This was a game changer with this race for St. Martin's. There were improvements across the board and this team is looking very promising.
11

C.E. Byrd

D1 Region 19The Yellow Jackets came runner-up to Ruston with one runner in the top ten and two more just outside of it. This was a good race for this program with several runners approaching previous season bests.
12

Academy of Sacred Heart NO

D2 Region 310Sacred Heart is yet another team that had the opportunity to perfect score and almost had it. The program placed six of its runners within the top ten and one more just outside of it.
13

Metairie Park Country Day HS

D4 Region 326Country Day ran extremely well, but the question is, how much better would this team have run if De la Cruz, who was absent, would have run? This team already saw vast improvements from previous races, but there might be even more room for this program to grow.
14

Dutchtown

D1 Region 222The Griffins took second place in this highly competitive region. Isabella LeGarth was one of two girls that broke up SJA's perfect score attempt with her fifth-place finish.
15

Alexandria

D1 Region 119Alexandria continues to climb the ranks after coming out of nowhere in the last few weeks. Raegan Monroe claimed fourth overall and gives great hopes for a lowstick at the state meet. If this team keeps up the momentum for the state meet, they will be in great shape.
16

St. Michael

D3 Region 224St. Michael narrowly won by two points over University Lab with a final score of 62 points. This was a HUGE race for this team. There were improvements across the board with this team, peaking just in time for the state meet.
17

Newman

D3 Region 312Newman took a definitive second place, placing three within the top ten and two more just outside of it.
18

Lafayette High

D1 Region 113Lafayette had some ups and downs during this race. We saw some runners score season bests and others underperform. However, placing fourth in this region is nothing to be ashamed of.
19

University Lab School

D3 Region 216University Lab almost took over St. Michael but was just shy of it by two points. There were some shortcomings by members of this team that might have been able to change the final outcome of this race, but a third-place finish at this race is still respectable.
20

Walker

D1 Region 217Walker finished just eight points behind Dutchtown for a team finish of third. Though the team had no runners within the top ten, some were close.
21

St. Scholastica

D2 Region 314St. Scholastica claimed second place and broke up Sacred Heart's chance to perfect score. The team placed four runners within the top ten and the rest of the squad was not too far removed from the threshold.
22

Louise S. McGehee

D4 Region 330This was a transitional race for Louise S. McGehee. We saw this team run so well together and record several personal bests. The team took sixth overall and the question must be asked if this is the ceiling for this team.
23

Hathaway

D4 Region 2NRHathaway took home the regional title with ease. Suire and Sawyer claimed the top two individual positions.
24

Parkway High School

D1 Region 123The front half of the Lady Panthers' squad looked very strong at this meet, but as you move down the list, we saw performances wane from where they should have been. Parkway finished with a fifth-place finish.
25

Teurlings Catholic

D2 Region 118Teurlings Catholic crowned itself the regional champion, narrowly edging out St. Thomas More.
26

Benton

D1 Region 115Benton claimed a sixth-place finish as a team with Claire Allen debuting in the top ten and Isabelle Russell just outside of it. We've seen this team perform better as a whole earlier in the season, but we just didn't see that today.
27

Baton Rouge High

D1 Region 228Baton Rouge High took fifth place in this loaded field with Natalie Venkataraman being the only one from this team to crack into the top ten.
28

Zachary

D1 Region 2NRThe Lady Broncos took fourth place as a team and had Rylee Deignan lead the charge. This was a great day for Zachary with plenty of new season bests to go around. It looks like this team is coming together just in time for the state meet.
29

Cedar Creek

D4 Region 121The Cougars have been crowned champions as they handily win the region championship. On top of  a team win, Cedar Creek also nabbed the individual title and placed three other individuals in the top ten.
30

Ascension Episcopal

D4 Region 327Ascension Catholic has fought long and hard to debut on this list, but the lack of depth on this team has prevented it for a long time. However, what we saw from this past week has warranted its debut. The team finished fifth overall and will make an appearance at the state meet to further prove itself.

Just missed: St. Thomas More, Denham Springs High, Ponchatoula
