Race Schwag: Race tees & schwag are guaranteed to particpants registered by April 20!
Packet Pick up: Race day near the Finish Line, across from City Hall, from 5:45 - 6:30.
USA Track & Field Certified 5K Course:
Race starts underneath the Riverfront Center going South on Main Street. Turn right on Lee Street to Bolton Avenue. Right on Bolton, then an immediate left on Polk. Right on Palm. Right on Albert. At the Albert/Bolton intersection go diagonally left, continuing on Albert. Right on 16th, then left on Washington. Continue down Washington, take a left on 8th, then a right on Murray to the FINISH line.
Awards
Awards will be given 3 deep in the each age group.
Age groups will be male and female:
9 and under, 10 - 19 and in 10 year increments through 60 - 69, 70+. Awards will be given out after all finish times have been calculated and entered by the official timer.
Post Race Party
Post race party will be near the Finish area.
Getting Here
Alexandria, LA, is located in the center of the state with easy access from I-49 and LA Hwy 28 and Hwy 71.
From the South: Take Exit 85A off of I-49, turn right at the light on Jackson Street. Follow Jackson to the last red light before the Red River Bridge (Main Street), taking a left on Main to the parking garage on the left one block North.
From the North: Take Exit 85A off of I-49, turn left at the Jackson Street light and proceed to the parking garage as above.

Parking
The best place to park is the parking garage North of the Riverfront Center and Jackson Street between Main and 3rd Streets. There is also street parking and some other lots that might be available; there is no guarantee that you will not get blocked in by race traffic or the race itself.
